I have spoken to the mechanics and they have apologised I do understand how busy they were and going by their reviews by other customers they probably are highly recommended that’s why I called them at first so it’s probably a one off these thing can happen

Absolutely brilliant service! Came out within half an hour on a Sunday to do a diagnostic on my car, sourced parts first thing Monday morning and had it all working by lunchtime. Couldn’t be more grateful!!
