Mills Motors Ltd

In Townhill, Mills Motors Ltd has earned a loyal following, with reviewers describing repeat visits over many years for MOTs, servicing and repairs across their families' vehicles. Customers frequently mention the clarity of the explanations provided, noting that work is talked through in detail and replaced parts are shown afterwards. The friendliness of named staff, particularly Clive and Hayley, comes up often, along with their readiness to help beyond what was expected. Reliability and speed are also recurring themes: one driver arrived with a rattling noise from underneath a car, and the fault was traced and fixed promptly.

Another, having just moved to the area, needed an exhaust repair and was fitted in the same day. Fair and reasonable prices for the standard of work recur in the feedback, as does the team's willingness to direct customers to other specialists when a job falls outside their remit. Welding, ball joint work and heater repairs also feature, alongside routine servicing and inspections. Several reviewers describe feeling put at ease rather than embarrassed about faults. That blend of technical knowledge, honest pricing and a personable approach keeps people returning and recommending the business within their own circles.
