I needed a new sensor and was able to collect it the next morning, and got the car to his garage and then within a short space of time got it sorted and was back on the road. I can't thank you enough mate, I'd highly recommend anyone to call up, explain the issue and he'll have you sorted ASAP a really sound individual.
Really good, arrived very quickly in an emergency. Had fairly good knowledge on the issue and helped resolve it and even gave outstanding advice on what to do about it and to avoid it in the future. Call out fee was a bit too much for the job but considering it was on a Sunday, and everything was closed, it was necessary.
Very happy with the excellent service I received! I called the garage when my brake pad and caliper starting smoking and asked if I could be fit in last minute, I was told on the phone that they could come and look in 5 minutes and they did! The work my car needed was completed the next day and ready for me to collect! Very friendly, trustworthy and affordable.
Absolutely outstanding service from Maven Auto Services. We were in a difficult situation with a family member stranded away from home with a non-starting car, and from the first phone call they were brilliant. Communication was excellent throughout, calls and texts answered almost immediately, and they arranged everything quickly and professionally. A new battery was fitted the very next day and the car is now running perfectly. The service was kind, honest, thorough and extremely reasonably priced. It’s rare these days to find somebody so reliable and genuinely helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you again.”
I've used the mobile service by Manu twice now. Both times he came out at short notice, on a Sunday and sorted two of my vehicles. He is a lovely guy and clearly knows what he is doing with engines. I intend to use Manu and Maven Auto Services exclusively from now on. Highly recommended.
I recently bought a VW Golf and had it serviced at another garage in Newcastle. After the service, I noticed an oil leak. Even after taking the car back twice, the issue was not properly fixed. Later, my friend introduced me to Manu. He quickly found the leak from the same location and fixed it properly at a very reasonable price. Manu is honest, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend him for any car repairs or services. I will definitely use his service again. Thank you, Manu!
Highly recommend! I arrived back at Newcastle Airport on Sunday bank holiday weekend to a car that wouldn’t start, flat battery… Rang Maven Auto Services, they answered straight away ! Manu was great and arrived at the airport 30 minutes after I called. Highly recommend ! Life saver !
