What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
M60 Autos holds a 4.5 rating from 756 reviews. Several reviewers highlight the team's honesty and transparency, describing clear explanations of repairs, fair pricing, and no attempts to add unnecessary work, alongside quick turnaround on jobs such as air conditioning regassing and lighting repairs. A handful of reviewers, though, report being quoted a different price on arrival than what was agreed online, so it may be worth confirming costs in advance.

Update to my previous review. A few months after the below experience I doscover both front tyres were completely run down and nweded to be replaced. The tracking had been way off since I brought it to this garage. Do not bring your car to these people. They are tereible Really terrible service. Kept us waiting days for what should have been a half day job . I am very suspicious about the validity of the 5 star reviews on here. The same people keep posting 5 star reviews with the comment "excellent service".
Quick to respond and sort as soon as i have an issue. They are competitively priced and i have never had an issue when using them over the last few years.
Awesome job on the tracking, quick to book and fast to deliver. Cars performance improved dramatically, from start to finish the service was excellent. Friendly and helpful with useful tips. What more can you ask for. Thank you all.
I had a brilliant experience with M60 Autos and genuinely couldn’t be happier with their service. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, honest, and straight to the point, no stress, no confusion, just proper support. They took real care in diagnosing the issue and explained everything in simple, clear terms so I knew exactly what was happening with my car. The work was done quickly, professionally and to a really high standard. You can tell they take pride in what they do. What stood out most was their integrity. They didn’t try to add on unnecessary costs or push extra work. They were transparent throughout, kept me updated, and treated me with respect. something you don’t always get at garages. My car drives perfectly now, and I feel confident knowing it was handled by people who genuinely know their craft. I’d recommend M60 Autos to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and reliable garage in Manchester. They really do go above and beyond.
