Had Starter motor problem on motorhome. So couldn't move it to any garage able to do it. Problem solved with a google search. Jack is an Absolute star. Knowledgeable, came out , next day, Saturday ,1st thing. Sorted within an hour. Advised and hopefully sorting another issue with it. Genuinely impressed. Can't recommend enough.
Absolutely incredible service Radiator had gone on the way to Wembley, called Jack the next morning, he was out within an hour. Didn’t try to confuse me as I have no idea what I’m on about. New radiator sourced and fitted within two days. Fitted in an hour. Can’t recommend him enough. Thank you so much Jack :)
Jack did my timing chain recently on my BMW, very reliable and excellent price. My car feels as good as new. Jack was very informative and sent me updates , thank you brilliant job 😀
First time using and can't say much for the quality of the work but the communication is very poor. Had them booked in, even confirmed the morning of the appointment. Ended up cancelling after an hour and a half past the appointment time with no communication from them to say they'd be late. Did offer to come by later and look at the work I needed doing but I declined as I had to get to work.
Rang Jack after my van lost power going into work. Came out within the hour and found out my turbo had gone. Not good news when I was going on a trip a few days later. Said he would do his best if the turbo came back in time. Luckily it did so I can make my trip. Kept in the loop over progress. Explained things well. Definitely be using again. Thanks Jack much appreciated for getting it back to me in time.
