GMC Motor Services Ltd

Really helpful and friendly. Communication was great. And the service and price were all reasonable. I made use of one of the courtesy cars which were available for a good price. I will definitely use this garage again and recommend to others! Well earned 5 stars. Thank you very much.

Recomended, needed a new tyre got me straight in same day no issues, will be coming back for future. Amazing work

Professional, friendly, honest, reliable. Would definitely buy from this family run company again. My daughter lives her car. Thank you.,

A first class service- really friendly staff and great value for typres. I highly recommend GMS

I can't praise the team highly enough. I booked for an MOT (very easy via the website). The MOT was carried out efficiently, the receptionist and the mechanic were friendly, professional and really helpful. They appear very organised, tidy and are good value for money. They didn't try to mansplain or over complicate. Will absolutely be back!

I took my Polo in here a while back, to have the rear brakes done. An hour after picking it up and driving it, the left rear brake started smoking really badly. I took it straight back and they said they'd sort it. They rang me later that day and said it was ready to be collected, and also told me one of the mechanics hadn't put the brake back together properly. When I collected the car, they had the nerve to charge me for another 1 hours labour and for the replacement parts that had been damaged from the faulty repair that they had originally carried out. Hence, why you're getting a very well deserved 1 star review.

I’ve been using this garage for years, since it was actually near Fratton bridge! Always happy with the MOT & servicing. Today they really helped me out with a last minute repair and got me back on the road by the end of the day. Great people to work with, and it’s good to know my car is always in safe hands. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
