What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Bridge MOT Centre has built a loyal following among Ipswich motorists who return year after year for MOTs, servicing and repairs. Customers describe the workshop as fair, honest and accommodating, with clear communication maintained from the first enquiry through to collection. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the team's readiness to explain what work is required and to answer questions without pressure.

Reviewers repeatedly mention quick turnaround, including an engine warning light diagnosed and sorted within the hour, and a car taken in after a flat battery and returned the next day. Named staff such as Danny, Mark and Ash are praised for a friendly and welcoming manner, with Ash credited with handling a last-minute motorhome repair and tracking down a throttle cable for a vehicle over thirty years old.

The garage's handling of MOT failures also attracts positive comment, as questionable faults flagged elsewhere were re-checked and only essential repairs completed, with servicing carried out alongside. Customers value the willingness to fit vehicles in at short notice and to keep owners informed throughout, while battery and diagnostic work is another area singled out. The practical problem-solving and readiness to go further than expected recur across accounts.

We have been using this garage for our mot’s & services for a few years now.. they are spot on. We had an unfortunate event with one of our cars recently, and the team went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the problem. Since then this will be the only garage we will use.. not only for our mot’s, but for any work regarding our cars. Very friendly & efficient, i would highly recommend to anyone.
