Picked up a nail in my tyre on a Saturday afternoon and called four garages in Dunstable, but none could fit me in urgently. I managed to get to Brake & Service World in Luton, and they were fantastic. They fitted me in within 30 minutes, and the customer waiting area even had complimentary hot drinks. The staff were friendly, professional, and couldn't have been more helpful. They also had the correct Tesla jack pads and equipment to safely jack up my Tesla, which gave me real confidence that the car was being handled properly. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them—10/10!

Went to Brake and Service at Chaul End today to have two new tyres fitted. Amar and other staff very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Amar went the extra mile to give excellent advice and exceptional service. Would definitely recommend.

I took my car to Brake and Service World in Chaul End, Luton today. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The engineers carried out a number of repairs to my car (which subsequently passed it's MoT). The staff carried out the work speedily, professionally and at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a car to be repaired or serviced.

I had an issue with my car boot not opening. The first garage I visited didn't carry out this type of repair, so I brought the car here instead. They were able to sort the issue and complete the repair within just a few hours. Thank you to Ibrahim and Amar for all your help. I would definitely recommend this garage to others.

I’ve been using this garage for a while now and have always had a positive experience. I’d been having ongoing issues with my air conditioning and wanted it checked properly after another garage told me everything was fine, only for the problem to continue afterwards. Ibrahim was incredibly helpful throughout and took the time to thoroughly check the car over. Although no obvious leaks were found, he re-gassed the system free of charge, as I’d had the same issue looked at last year. He explained everything clearly, reassured me that I wasn’t imagining the problem, and told me to come back if I noticed any further issues. Helpful, honest, and friendly as always! I can’t recommend this garage enough for their excellent customer service.
