This service is not even worth 1 star. I have completed my MOT here for the past 3 years with no issues until now. This time, I was sent away to fix something. I went back for a re-MOT and in the end everything was fine, but the way Jake spoke to me as a customer was shocking. He said things like “I don’t care” and “I don’t give a ****.” Yes, he may have good knowledge about cars and how to carry out an MOT, but basic human skills and respect for customers are completely missing. Sadly, after speaking with people around me, I was told about similar experiences with poor behaviour and lack of respect. I will never come back and would not recommend this service to anyone.

I gave good feedback couple of years ago and pleased to say, nothing changed! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional mechanics who always see to go the extra mile to sort out issues. If you are looking around for someone to trust your care too without getting ripped off, forget all the comparison sites, give these guys a go !

Bournemouth autocenter have been absolutely incredible with all three of my vehicles. I have a luton vehicle for my removals business and they have done outstanding work with that too. The staff have been Really friendly. Never going anywhere else 1000% recommend these guys. Thanks again!

They have visited them three times, twice for Mot .. and another time for problems with my car They really did their job and it's very true.It is very, very important to find someone honest in car repair. Unfortunately, most of them are dishonest For my part, the work they have done for me has been very good.  Thank you very much.

I couldn’t recommend this garage enough. I had terrible previous experiences with garages trying to take advantage and charge me for things that didn’t need doing. These guys are gems. They explain everything and look after your car needs without charging more than what’s needed. Their advice and help has been invaluable to me. They’ve been so trustworthy and friendly that I moved and still take my car to them because I don’t want to go anywhere else. Thanks so much guys 😁

Uniquely great garage. Not only excellent mechanics but extremely reasonably priced, totally trustworthy and yet don't mind taking time to explain everything as far as needed - in my case in very simple terms to someone very ignorant about cars. They'll even squeeze you in at short notice when they have availability. Just feel a bit bad taking my awful old car to such consummate expert gentlemen.

Brilliant garage! No 'sharp intake of breath' going on here! Friendly, extremely helpful in my case. knowledgeable, everything handled with a positive demeanor. Can 100% recommend these guys!
