Absolutely brilliant service from Alex, would give 10 stars if I could! After having a really stressful experience elsewhere with my Volvo S40, I took it to him for a cambelt and water pump replacement, auxiliary belts and a gearbox service. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was done properly. He turned up exactly when he said he would and communicated well. The difference in the car afterwards was incredible — it drives beautifully and, most importantly, I finally feel confident that it's safe and reliable. He also explained what would need doing in the future without trying to pressure me into having unnecessary work done immediately, which I really appreciated. Finding a mechanic you actually trust is difficult, especially with an older car, but I wouldn't hesitate to take mine back to Alex. I'll definitely be returning for the brakes and any future work. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing experience. The attitude and communication from the staff were extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I expect basic courtesy and respect when dealing with a business, but unfortunately that was not the experience here. There are plenty of other garages that provide better customer service and make you feel like your business is actually valued. Based on my experience, I would not use this place again and would not recommend it to anyone. Hopefully management takes the feedback seriously and works on improving the way customers are treated.

alex was amazing at getting my motorbike safely to the garage after the throttle body decided to go bye bye! amazing pricing and such a lovely bloke to chat with. thanks again Alex!

I can not recommend Alex enough. I needed an urgent oil change and he could not have been more helpful. I was very impressed at his prices as well, great value for money. Will definitely use him again

10/10 service from Alex, after having two different mechanics not be able to find the actual issue and having to spend an unnecessary amount of money, Alex was able to find the issue in less than an hour, and explained it in terms I understand. Friendly and professional would highly recommend

Recovered my 1994 mr2 for a really good price and took it to my friends unit to be fixed wouldn't bother calling any other company they also have a winch if the car doesnt start like mine and had no issues with my car being fairly low PS it was luckly my radiator causing the overheating
